We want you to love your order. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policies below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging

Please note: Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to current stock availability.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received a faulty product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order was cancelled before it was dispatched

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and limited-release products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
